From time to time, your Customer Service team may hear from Users who wish to update their email address. Email address changes for your users can be triggered via the Admin Console, or via the Admin API.
To do this, select Identity > Users, then locate the user within the list, or via the search function. Click the user’s name to view their profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the user’s profile, and click Change Email Address.
A modal will appear, asking you to set the new email address. Enter the updated address, then click Ok.
NOTE: You can only change an email address to a new, unique address. If another user is already stored in Zephr with the new address, an error will display.
