If you’re using Passwordless Authentication then you Users will log in to your site by entering their email address into your login form, then clicking a link sent to them via email. If you find that one of your users hasn’t received this link, or would like a new link sent, you can easily to this via their profile in the Users section of you Zephr Admin Console.
Select Identity > User, then locate the user in your user list, or via the search function. Click their name to view their profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the user’s profile, and click Deliver Verification Link.
Confirm you wish to send the user a reset password email by clicking OK.
NOTE: The email that will be sent is configurable under System > Emails.
