From time to time you will want to look at or edit one of your user’s profiles manually. You can do this within the Zephr Admin Console. Navigate to Identity > Users, then locate the User you want to view or edit within the list. If you have a large number of users, use the search bar by entering an email, partial email, name or other identifying information and then click Search.
When your search results return, locate the user’s profile and click on the User’s name. This will load the profile page.
From here you can view and edit their profile details, attributes and their entitlement model. Note that you cannot edit a User’s Tracking ID, email address, or the details of when they registered within Zephr.
When adjusting a User Profile, be sure to click Save before leaving the page.
